California is a renowned territory for Spanish Colonial style homes, and this Monterey based residence is no exception. Talented Regan Baker was challenged to transform this generous two-story home, to better accommodate frequent family and friends reunions. To pull this off, she went for a complete renovation, going as far as re-positioning the interior stairs.
The final result provides more space to enjoy, which in return delivers the much desired comfort for the entire family. While claiming a better space, Regan Baker's creative touch managed to preserve the warmth of the Spanish Colonial style, while blending in some French countryside fanciness.
